Mini sessions have become a popular thing this year and I’m totally digging it! Dane County offers many beautiful places for me to host sessions, but one I always keep coming back to is Badger Prairie County Park in Verona. With the open trails and blooming flowers, it’s the perfect place to create some memories with your pups.

Those who signed up for their mini session of course brought they dogs to join in on the fun. Together we created art out of real life scenarios such as walking their dogs and giving them endless ear scratches.

Sometimes a mini session is all you need when it’s the middle of summer. I’ve always got my carry-on dog water bottle with me, but it’s important to think about how hot it really can be for your dog outside. A happy dog makes a happy session! Looking forward to many more minis in the future.
