My name is Cedar, and I’ve been a dog lover since day one. I’m the type of person who brings my dog up in conversation randomly, always has dog hair on my clothes, and is 100% happy skipping out on plans to stay home for snuggles with my pal, Mr. Jack.
I've combined my love for dogs and passion for artwork into photography + most recently, illustrations.

What do you need from me?
For each design, I'll need to see the photos you're referencing. Photos where your pet is facing natural light is best. If you're unsure, we can narrow it down together based on the photos you're most interested in!

What do you need from me?
To get the best result for realistic pet portraits, it’s best if you have a clear photo of your dog in natural light (or good lighting in your home) and of good quality. This helps me focus on even the smallest details of your pet to give it the best personal touch.

Custom pet portraits are focused on the neck up. Full body custom portraits can be discussed for an additional fee.

Q: Do you also make artwork of other pets besides dogs?
A: Dogs are my specialty, however, I'd be happy to discuss working with your other furry friends. So far I've made artwork of dogs & cats.
Q: Can you add custom text/colors to my custom design?
A: Yes! When I receive your inquiry we can discuss what your vision is. Don't have a vision for the piece? I'll bring some ideas to the table.
Q: How long does it typically take to complete?
A: This depends on what art style you're looking for and how many subjects you're wanting drawn. For 1 custom line art piece my turn-around time is typically up to 4 weeks. One realistic portrait is about 6-8 weeks. We'll discuss a timeline when you inquire as well since it's all determined by my schedule for the upcoming month(s).
Q: How far out do you book?
A: I take on about 4-5 custom pieces per month. That being said, it's a good idea to reach out to me about 1 to 2 months out so I can give you a timeline of when I can start. If I can't fit you in right away, you'll earn a spot on my wait list for the next month (or when I know I'll be able to start).
Q: Where are some good places to print?
A: Some of my favorites include: Catprint.com, Mpix.com, and Shutterfly.com
Q: Can you ship the physical print instead of the digital download?
A: As of right now, no. To be able to focus on designing, along with my full-time photography business, sending digital downloads aligns best with my busy schedule.
